Our Roots

Buffalo Event Essentials was born as a result of our own wedding planning experience. My husband, Rio, and I saw a need for a company that helps guide you through event logistics and visual planning process. We offer statement centerpieces, table accessories, unique flower walls, balloon garlands and installations. We carry out the fine details that bring your special day to life!

As an event stylist, my strengths are in carrying out your vision through the details of décor and organization. I also offer event consulting services. Having been an event coordinator and fundraising manager for 9 years at a prominent non-profit organization in Buffalo, I know the importance of being organized and staying within a budget.

I believe that collaboration, creative brainstorming and décor will elevate your event to be “The Talk of the Town!”
